Position: Technical Sales Person
Location: Calgary, Canada.
Reporting directly to the
Vice President, this technical sales person position is based out of the
Calgary office and will be focused on the all product lines. The Technical Sales Representative is
accountable to identify and maximize current and future business opportunities
with primary responsibilities as follows:
Manage existing accounts to maintain and
grow market share
Identify, quantify, qualify and develop
Wireline and Completions sales opportunities to acquire new business
Evaluate marketability of our new
technologies and make recommendations to the client organizations
Work closely with the Data Management
Center and Field Operations to ensure consistency to achieve and maintain top
customer service levels
Evaluate market requirements and competitor
capabilities for new business development opportunities
Participate in the completion and
maintenance of sales contracts and plans
Achieve or exceed budgeted profitability on
an ongoing basis
Attend client contact functions and perform
field visits as required
Participate in forecasting, budgeting and
Contribute to marketing plans and marketing
Minimum of 5 years of direct industry sales
experience with established networks and relationships within the oilfield
Applicable graduate and sales training
related to key results
Proven track record in growing revenue,
while maintaining and managing margins to produce high returns
Skilled at developing superior client
relationships coupled with a strong work ethic and natural team aptitude. .
Displaying a “can do” attitude, will take
on any opportunity with an open mind. “Shared Success” attitude will show up
