Chemical Cleaning of the Waste Heat Boiler and HP Steam Drum in 2016. This job was the first of its kind to be conducted in the country with the use of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). Due to its complexity and involvement of multiple contractors both foreign and local, approximately one (1) year of planning was done to ensure proper execution. The foreign contractors included UTREX out of New Zealand and Scantech out of the UK. This Chemical Cleaning Job was completed successfully without any major issues or incidents with praise being given to all by the client.
